A couple more shots of the Red Dwarf WIP. Here’s the collector arm cast in resin, it was much easier to do a one part mould, and there was less chance of air bubbles getting trapped everywhere, but it means that I’m going to have to sand the backs of these down and glue two parts together so you get the detail on both sides.

And the ship. Most of the major construction is done, just got the thrusters at the back to finish then I’ll milliput all the gaps and sand it down to a smooth, flush finish, then I can play around adding the greebles.

Just remember, if you ever hate your job…

that is not where i thought this was going

but what if you DO work in the quality control department at Johnson & Johnson?

It is important to appreciate the fact that you have a job. Try to enjoy it.  Find humour in hardship, get a sense of accomplishment from something you do there. If you really hate it and it is killing you inside, leave the job. I am sure you can contribute society better with other job.
